Our Journey

Founded by Meta, Amazon, Tonal, and Life 360 veterans, KNN Labs emerged from a year of intensive research in generative AI. What began as a mission to build tools for AI developers evolved into something more ambitious: creating truly autonomous digital workers that can transform entire industries.

Our digital workers now manage entire medical and dental office operations - handling everything from scheduling and insurance verification to patient communication - at a fraction of the traditional cost.
